Work on legal due diligence for M&A transactions, capital markets deals, project finance and corporate reorganizations, from kick-off through final delivery of reports;
Serve as an interface between clients, audited companies, financial advisors, internal and external teams, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction;
Monitor progress across the audit workstreams, helping ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, and the firm's quality standards;
Attend meetings with domestic and international clients to discuss due diligence findings, legal risks, operational impacts, and potential mitigation measures;
Requirements
Previous experience in legal due diligence and/or M&A, capital markets, or structured finance transactions, preferably gained at law firms or in corporate legal departments;
Experience managing legal projects with multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders (advantage);
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision.
