Drafting and reviewing contracts such as EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), O&Ms (operation and maintenance), offtakes, supply agreements, and others.
Participating in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Contract management activities, including drafting and reviewing notices, assessing claims, reviewing insurance policies, handling claims management, providing pre-litigation advice, among other related tasks.

Law degree.
Experience with infrastructure contracts (EPC, O&M, supply agreements, construction contracts, offtakes, among others).
Experience in the energy, logistics and transportation, oil & gas, water/sanitation, mining, and/or telecommunications sectors.
