Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' positioning, including launches, pricing, products, leisure areas, typologies, and distinguishing features of developments;
Build and maintain competitive databases (competitors, projects, attributes, product standards, and trends);
Analyze market movements (entry/exit of players, strategy shifts, new product formats, innovations in leisure and services);
Prepare periodic reports and ad hoc market intelligence analyses with executive summaries and clear recommendations;
Support product benchmarking studies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and value capture;
Work collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Pricing, Development/Real Estate Development, Sales and Marketing), translating business needs into market analyses;
Contribute to the evolution of dashboards and competitive KPIs, ensuring consistency and timely updates of information;
Identify emerging consumer behavior trends, valued attributes, and new offering patterns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields;
Previous experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Research, or similar areas;
Knowledge of competitive analysis and the real estate market (highly desirable);
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
