Design and implement embedded and industrial software primarily in modern C++
Develop software close to hardware, machines, and devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Take end-to-end ownership of features and components—from idea and architecture to deployment and maintenance
Contribute to system-level thinking and software architecture decisions
Drive technical direction and best practices within the team
Ensure solutions meet performance, stability, and long-lifecycle requirements
Act as a quality champion, ensuring software meets industrial-grade standards
Own coding standards, reviews, and technical improvements
Deliver robust, deterministic, and maintainable software built for long-living products
Work in a Scrum-based environment, contributing to planning, refinement, and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and systems engineers
Communicate clearly about technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies
Act as a senior role model within the team
Support and mentor colleagues through code reviews, sparring, and feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement of both product and team ways of working

Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in computer science or similar, or comparable work experience and knowledge
Strong experience with modern C++ in embedded and industrial software systems
Solid background in Linux-based embedded platforms , including cross-compilation, build systems, deployment pipelines
Experience developing software close to hardware, devices, or machines
Strong understanding of system constraints, real-time or deterministic behaviour, performance and reliability in production systems
Structured & Analytical: You design reliable systems with clarity and precision
Proven ability to act as a senior technical contributor in Scrum teams
Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical direction
Strong communication skills in an international environment (English required)
