Role Overview
- Support the commercial deal team in their pursuit of customer acquisition
- Financial activities including reviewing and interpreting financial reporting proposals
- Preparing analytical studies on historical, forecast, and pro-forma financial data
- Developing comprehensive financial data reports for both internal and external customers
- Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities
- Compiling, organizing and formatting data for reporting
- Supporting regulatory initiatives by gathering data and preparing regulatory schedules
- Analyzing and improving existing processes to maximize opportunities for efficiency
Requirements
- Four year degree in business discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
- Knowledge of PC applications
- Understanding basics of finance and accounting, including the relationships between segments of the financial statements
- Originating action to improve existing conditions and processes
- Analyze information from a variety of sources to detect trends, associations, cause-effect relationships and other anomalies
- Effectively manage time to ensure deadlines are met and quality is achieved
- Pursue opportunities to network with different parts of finance as well as other parts of NI
- Produces processes, tasks, and work products to ensure freedom from errors, omissions, or defects.
