Analyzing requests for changes to Universal Life insurance policies and assessing their impact on the insurer’s risk as well as the tax implications for clients;
Processing, coding, and analyzing complex transactions in information systems, including various accounting tasks such as account and policy value reconciliation;
Responding to the needs of clients and advisors regarding individual Universal Life insurance policies, including preparing policy illustrations and producing customized quotes;
Producing financial analyses and administering complex solutions such as investment loans (IRIS) and Collateral Loan Agreements (CLA), including recovery management and the preparation of legal documentation;
Collaborating with internal teams and partners to support complex cases, analyze data and reports, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the evolution of tools, systems, and software.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Proactivity, autonomy, and dynamism;
Strong ability to manage complex cases and resolve challenging situations;
Advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written.
