Role Overview

• Own Facebook UA for web funnels across the core dating portfolio
• Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns
• Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene
• Run structured creative testing loop
• Drive automation improvements and document best practices

Requirements

• Senior hands-on Facebook UA background (web/B2C)
• Proven experience in the USA + Tier-1
• Budget ownership at $100k+/month level
• Strong grasp of Facebook best practices
• Experience (or solid exposure) to automation and AI/creative iteration workflows
