Assist in end-to-end processes from data collection to recommended actions across different focal areas
Collaborate with commercial data and analytics professionals to ensure data accuracy and provide strategic insights to build up knowledge and trust
Prepare and own basic reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI
Support the development and activation of analytics tools and systems to enhance data capabilities
Conduct regular data audits to maintain data quality and identify areas for improvement
Carry out research as required to understand the business, market, industry, and competitive landscape to support advanced analytics and data initiatives
Become an expert in certain stand-alone or component reports for assigned stakeholders
Focus on learning and developing analytical, product ownership, and presentation skills
Provide basic training sessions for end-users on analytics tools and systems
Lead portions of meetings and presentations related to owned dashboards and the resulting insights.
Requirements
Degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing)
Min. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Experience with e-commerce data is preferred (B2B experience a plus)
Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (Power BI experience a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Creative and flexible problem solver
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
