Support day-to-day administration of customer relationship (CRM) and enablement platforms, content libraries, reporting, and programme coordination activities.
Focus on maintaining systems, supporting internal processes, and assisting with data collection and analysis.
Collect usage data from enablement platforms and supporting systems.
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards used for internal reporting.
Assist with basic analysis of content usage, training completion, and platform adoption metrics.
Prepare standard reports and summaries for internal review.
Requirements
Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data, or a related field.
No prior professional experience required, full training is provided.
Experience using digital tools for coursework or projects is beneficial.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
