Work with Sales during the sales cycle to qualify, position, and demonstrate how HID Mobile Access implementations help customers exceed business requirements.
Serve as subject matter expert in customer workshops, addressing technical objections and guiding solution design.
Translate technical concepts into clear value for non-technical stakeholders.
Lead in-depth technical discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering for roadmap development.
Represent HID Global at trade shows, partner summits, and customer-facing events.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Train partners and end users on HID Mobile Access technologies; provide guidance on PACS solutions and protocols (OSDP, RS-485, Wiegand, AES, ISO, etc.) as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years in IT, Security, or Presales roles.
Prior exposure to PACS technologies such as RFID and associated hardware.
Strong experience in IT Security, Networking, Mobile Applications, and SaaS/Cloud platforms.
Training experience.
