About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with prospective customers and sales teams to map loosely defined problems into compelling, production-inspired prototypes.
- Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agent observability.
- Deliver engaging live demos that tell a clear story: problem → agentic solution → business impact.
- Support conversations around AI governance, data security, model transparency, and responsible AI practices in alignment with regulations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, customer-facing software engineering, or technical product roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- An advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
- Prior experience applying AI or complex software solutions within the Oil & Gas industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average to customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences, and events.
