Leads and directs the design and production of visual and audio materials and media used for advertising, broadcast, and web communications.
Oversees creation of art, photo, video and layout design.
Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high quality results.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance.
Ensures project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent.
Preferable with 3
5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Possesses good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
Ability to multi-task following agile methodology in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
