Role Overview
- Responsible for new business development and strategic product commercialisation
- Develop and execute commercial plans for market expansion
- Engage with payers, clinical, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with BD UCC Acute and Homecare sales and clinical teams
- Analyze market practices and make recommendations
- Maintain Commercial discipline with SFDC and promote commercial excellence
- Inform the business of the changing NHS landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Continence and/or Medical Device/Homecare industry or a clinical/market development experience
- Proven senior engagement, leadership, and influencing skills
- Strong team player with high ethics
- Degree in Life Science (or equivalent) or strong experience in the medical device industry
- Proficiency in I.T. tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, SFDC
- Ability to analyze market and sales trends as they relate to the product portfolio
- Must be available for UK travel.
