Role Overview
- Train rental agents to create the optimal rental experience
- Coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting
- Conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations
- Analyze detailed data using AI and intermediate Excel skills for tailored reporting
- Meet all sales and service standards while handling customer complaints
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales
- Track record of meeting sales quotas or commission-based roles
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Available to travel extensively within your assigned patch
