About this role
Role Overview
Engage in cross-functional rotations across sales, marketing, customer experience, and related commercial functions.
Exposure and training on complex, engineered product solutions within the plumbing and water solutions industry.
Opportunities to apply your technical background in customer-facing, solution-selling environments.
A combination of structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job experience.
Direct mentorship from senior commercial leaders.
Competitive exposure to field sales, account management, and business development strategies.
Upon completion of the rotational program, you will be placed into a key commercial role.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar discipline.
Prior professional experience required.
Experience in the plumbing & mechanical, or construction industry is a plus.
Interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership.
Highly motivated, disciplined and organized.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to build long-lasting relationships.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
Ability to travel for extended periods.
