Track engineering inventory from mfg to team disposition and internal allocation and movement/re-allocation
Early development IC component tracking/buying for early-stage testing and product development
Develop scenarios/demand planning for different production volumes and coordinating with Supply team for order placement and tracking
Track and communicate material delivery schedules, ensuring teams are aware of dates, delays, and dependencies to other builds, programs, or milestones
Manage sample allocation to internal validation engineering teams and strategic alpha customers
Coordinate material handoffs between R&D, product engineering, and mass production teams
Map NPI milestones directly into Jira user stories and epics to track launch readiness
Update internal launch tools with real-time status updates on first-silicon and qualification hardware
Lead retrospective sessions post-launch to optimize the time-to-market cycle for future chip spin-offs
Monitor pre-production yields to flag supply risks before full production ramp-up
Reconcile engineering WIP data between external partner reports and internal tracking software
Model ramp-up inventory requirements to smoothly transition ownership to the mass-production team
Forecast NPI material costs and track variances against the program's development budget
