Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited is an innovative healthcare consulting firm that supports leading life sciences clients across the U.S. in market access, trade & channel strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and patient services. The role of Market Access (Trade & Channel) Senior Analyst involves leading strategy projects, advising clients on distribution models, and managing project timelines while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead trade & channel strategy projects for pharma and specialty products
- Advise clients on distribution models, specialty pharmacy, buy & bill, contracting, GTN, and channel operations
- Analyze trade, channel, EDI, and financial data to deliver actionable insights
- Conduct primary/secondary market research and stakeholder interviews
- Build client-ready decks, playbooks, strategy materials, and executive summaries
- Manage and/or support in managing project timelines, budgets, and day-to-day client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building over time
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and business development activities
Requirements:
- 2-6 years' experience in pharma trade & channel, market access, or related consulting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical distribution and specialty channels
- Expertise across wholesalers, specialty distributors/pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, buy & bill, and GTN
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading client workstreams/projects
- Bachelor's degree required
- Consulting/client facing experience preferred, backgrounds from Specialty Pharmacy, Pharma/Manufacturers or Trade/Channel Advisory firms welcome
- Advanced degree preferred
