Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python to automate routine administration tasks and server provisioning.
System Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Nagios) to proactively identify resource bottlenecks and optimize server performance.
Security & Patch Management: Apply security patches, maintain firewall configurations, and manage user access permissions to safeguard critical company data.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and execute regular system backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure 100% data integrity.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve escalated hardware and software issues, and manage work orders through IT ticketing systems

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Core Expertise: Deep understanding of Linux kernel architecture, filesystems, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Configuration Management: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Virtualization & Cloud: Familiarity with hypervisors and cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Certifications: Professional credentials like Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), CompTIA Linux+, or Linux Professional Institute (LPI) are highly preferred
