Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets going through full 3D pipeline (modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UV, etc.) in Unreal Engine 5
Develop sets of plants for different biomes
Analyze, plan, and collect references for the assets; work with concepts/references and according to the guideline
Ensure a proper integration for every asset you create considering technical and gameplay constraints
Obtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasks
Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and/or in-house tools
Coordinate with Senior and/or Lead Artists with mentoring Junior 3D Artists as well as sharing best project practices with them
Contribute to the team-oriented environment
Requirements
Experience in vegetation modelling in game industry
Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production (either 3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Speed Tree or Houdini)
Strong understanding of Texture creation tools (either Photoshop, Substance Designer or Substance Painter)
Experience in any Game Engine, such as Unreal Engine 5, Unity or others is a plus
High-poly sculpting in Zbrush is a plus
Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for game development
