Develop commercial activity by prospecting and supporting national Key Accounts in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
Lead the strategic and commercial development of national key accounts by proposing comprehensive multi-energy solutions, notably combining photovoltaics (PV), EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), battery energy storage and associated services.
Detect, identify, qualify and develop high-value opportunities that address our clients’ decarbonization challenges (photovoltaics, electric mobility, battery energy storage in particular).
Identify new market opportunities and negotiate contracts with key prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients by identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Define and deploy a Key Accounts strategy in target markets, aligned with group priorities.
Develop and support comprehensive multi-energy offers (PV, EV charging, energy solutions, maintenance offers, financial/economic structuring, etc.).
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract signature.
Activate and coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, project managers, finance, legal, construction/operations) around customer projects.
Develop high-level relationships with Key Account decision-makers (real estate, technical, procurement, CSR, and energy departments).
Monitor market and regulatory developments to anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions.
Contribute to offer structuring and continuous improvement of Key Account commercial processes.
Ensure follow-up and reporting: track performance indicators, provide regular reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
Advanced degree (Master’s level or equivalent)
Proven experience (minimum 5–8 years) in Key Account commercial development, ideally in solar energy, electric mobility, infrastructure or related B2B services.
Strong understanding of PV, EV charging infrastructure and multi-energy solutions (technical, economic and regulatory aspects).
Demonstrated ability to sell and manage comprehensive, cross-functional offers with long decision cycles.
