Role Overview
- Proactively source and mine lead lists based on strategic industry direction provided by the leadership team.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling and cold emailing to secure qualified meetings.
- Manage and track all prospecting activity, lead notes, and pipeline stages within HubSpot.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the event and marketing space.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to qualified call bookings and lead generation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role.
- Must be highly proficient in HubSpot (CRMs) for pipeline management.
- Demonstrated mastery of cold calling and cold emailing techniques.
- Strong experience in lead sourcing and data mining.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Available to work GMT hours (09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working within a creative agency or marketing services environment.
- Familiarity with Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- A track record of successful LinkedIn social selling.
