Role Overview
- Operate and support Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Act as 3rd line support for complex incidents and escalations
- Develop and maintain automation (PowerShell) to improve platform efficiency
- Contribute to platform architecture, standardization, and integrations
- Support global rollouts, migrations, and project-to-run transitions
- Ensure security, access governance, and compliance controls
- Maintain technical documentation and operational standards
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell
- Experience in cloud operations, monitoring, and automation
- Understanding of platform engineering and infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
