You position yourself as a subject-matter and platform expert, serving as a primary point of contact for our customer base.
You are in daily contact with users to understand the issues they encounter.
Your goal is to provide an answer or solution after investigation, or to escalate the issue when necessary.
You help company accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
You will join the Pennylane Academy and continuously train on the product.
You will respond to accounting-related requests and qualify tickets based on your understanding of accounting principles.
You will begin to handle increasingly complex customer requests.
You become a product expert to identify areas for improvement and lead projects.
Requirements
Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master's in CCA, or Bachelor's in Administration and Accounting).
At least 3 years' experience in an accounting firm (ideally having worked through at least three fiscal periods).
Direct work with company leadership is a plus (e.g., in-house advisory).
Affinity for innovative work tools and new technologies.
Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions.
Knowledge of the Pennylane tool is a plus.
Professional-level proficiency in English.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to be pedagogical when interacting with users clearly and professionally.
Ability to understand and meet clients' needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the tool's rapid evolution.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments.
