Senior Account Executive, PR

Role Overview

• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to update clients on the outcomes.
• Support in implementing PR and communications plans.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, status reports, and follow-up actions.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed timely.
• Draft and craft content i.e. press releases and articles.
• Engage with the media to secure coverage and participation in events.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for client PR plans.
• Coordinate, support and attend client events and conferences as required.
• Deliver analytical reports pertaining to PR activations.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for PR campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and align with internal team.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of tangible experience in a PR or Social Media role, preferably within an agency setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Media Relations, Influencer Engagement initiatives, and Event Management.
• Proficiency in utilizing PR and social media management tools.
• Familiarity with agency operations and processes.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative thinking and a knack for generating innovative PR campaign ideas.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
