Take full accountability for your product domain
Direct the product roadmap for your aspects of the SMB product to improve customer value
Experiment frequently with new ideas to supercharge our PLG motion
Have a deep understanding of the metrics that drive your product area
Coordinate with the GTM team to ensure the product-led growth motion ties into marketing and sales
Serve as the voice of the SMB customer to the rest of the team, constantly talking to your users and conducting user research
Lean into ZipRecruiter’s AI-first DNA to build personalized, proactive experiences
Requirements
5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results
You are a data-obsessed problem solver who doesn't just look at dashboards but interrogates the "why" behind the numbers.
Deep experience building business-facing products at scale
You understand how to leverage Machine Learning to solve user problems and have experience building AI-powered product features.
You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.
You are a "smart generalist" who can be thrown at any complex problem—whether it’s a technical architectural hurdle or a brand-new market opportunity—and figure it out.
