Planning, implementation, management and optimization of Paid Social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
Analysis and interpretation of relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
Development of data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Handling your own client projects or independent workstreams within our project teams
Preparing, conducting and following up on client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
Structured management of to-dos, timelines and next steps in daily project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
Aligning creatives, reports and feedback within your project teams
Clean reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Experience in Paid Social
Good knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and data-driven working
Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
Structured, reliable and independent working style, with a good sense of prioritization and project organization
Confident client communication
Enjoy working in a team and driving projects forward efficiently together
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo etc. is a plus (not required)
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Located in Munich or the surrounding area, or willing to come to the office once a week
