Stakeholder alignment: Map partner teams to deeply understand which new products the company wants to test and the business hypotheses involved;
Experimentation journey design: Design the end-to-end CRM flow for tests (definition of required data, integration flow, channels, communication pitch, frequency and relationship cadences);
Roadmap management and prioritization: Manage test capacity within the CRM roadmap, defining clear prioritization criteria together with the business;
KPI and timeline assurance: Pre-align success metrics and the duration of each experiment, ensuring absolute clarity on when a test has failed (so the team can move on quickly) or when it has succeeded;
Strategic handover: If the product proves viable, structure the handover (processes, learnings and cadences) to the permanent CRM team so it can be run as a final product;
Hands-on operation: You will not be limited to strategy — you will be responsible for operationalizing and deploying experimentation sequences directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
Growth & analysis culture: Monitor experiments using statistical methodologies (such as control groups) to suggest continuous improvements during the experiment and to extract valuable insights.

Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Amplitude;
Solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker or Data Studio);
Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery to be autonomous in data extraction;
Knowledge of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, control groups, channel and creative tests);
Familiarity with business and finance metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion funnel);
Experience optimizing landing pages with a focus on conversion.
