Accounts receivable & deadline management: You manage receivables and deadline tracking and work with your team lead to navigate efficient financial processes.
Accounting: You are the organizational pro for outgoing invoices, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger, and process supplier invoices independently using DATEV.
Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail is put to use in the monthly preparation of the business performance report (BWA). You also actively support the quarterly preparation for shareholder meetings.
Monthly payment run: You add precision to the monthly payment run and stay in close contact with our tax consultant to ensure smooth cash flow.

Enrolled student (at least 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in controlling and finance through internships.
Strong ability to analyze financial metrics and very good Excel skills.
Your attention to detail makes you the perfect sidekick the finance team needs when working with numbers.
You convince us with excellent communication skills in German and English and a professional demeanor.
