Director – Startup Ecosystem

Role Overview

• Develop and execute overall Startup strategy
• Lead existing Startup team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Innovate Startups Program to create market-leading experience
• Develop initiatives to support growth and success of program participants
• Create content and in-person events to engage startup founders
• Establish and manage relationships with venture partners

Requirements

• Strong developer marketing background
• Proven track record of establishing and growing venture partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of the developer ecosystem
• Strategic thinker with ability to align partnership initiatives
• Experience with or knowledge of AI technologies
