About this role
Role Overview
- Processing ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
- Coding, reviewing and posting incoming invoices
- Processing electronic bank statements
- Handling travel expense and credit card reconciliations
- Fixed asset accounting
- Managing recurring entries and accruals
- General account reconciliation
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an accountant or as a tax clerk
- Experience in financial accounting / accounting
- Independent, committed and precise way of working
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Good German and English language skills
