Support the accounting team with day-to-day operational tasks, including receiving and processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate documentation
Serve as a liaison between the US office and the Turkey headquarters, coordinating the timely transfer of invoices, financial documents, and supporting information across teams
Assist in tracking inventory movements and maintaining up-to-date inventory records in coordination with the relevant managers
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry and basic payment follow-ups
Perform general bookkeeping support activities such as account coding and data entry into the accounting system
Assist with month-end close activities by organizing documentation and following established procedures
Prepare basic account reconciliations and flag discrepancies for review by senior team members
Maintain organized and audit-ready accounting records and files
Communicate with internal teams and international offices to gather and relay financial information accurately and on time
Provide general administrative and operational support to the accounting team as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role; exposure to A/P or A/R processes is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills are desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, process-driven tasks accurately
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, international environment and coordinating across different time zones
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to support the team and take on varied tasks
ERP or accounting system experience is a plus but not required; ability to learn new systems quickly is valued
