As Head of Partnerships, you will be the strategic lead and operational driver behind our Europe-wide network of brand partners, ambassadors, creators and community multipliers.
Event Management: Design, coordinate and execute brand, launch and community events for key brand moments, new openings and community activations.
Brand Partnerships: Build, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with curated lifestyle and premium brands.
Ambassador & Creator Management: Independently build and manage ambassador and creator programs aligned with Soulhouse brand guidelines, including negotiating and overseeing organic and paid collaborations.
Lead-Sharing & Hospitality Partnerships: Develop and implement structured partnerships with measurable commercial impact, particularly with hotels, gyms, concept stores and other relevant lifestyle players.
Market Coordination: Manage and coordinate external partners and service providers in our markets including reporting and performance tracking.
Partnership Operations & AI-First Scaling: Systematic sourcing, outreach, follow-up and relationship management with the goal of building a Europe-wide scalable partnership infrastructure.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer relations and event management, ideally in an international environment.
Proven experience independently negotiating and executing collaborations with creators and influencers — both organic and paid.
Strong network in the creator, influencer and media landscape and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Strong sense for brand management and storytelling. You independently develop creative formats, work within defined brand guidelines and persuade partners through compelling presentations and confident presence.
Structured management of multiple parallel projects and stakeholders across different markets, with high quality standards and strong execution skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Asana and Teams. You use Claude and other AI tools naturally and efficiently in your daily workflows.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
