Role Overview
- Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans
- Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
- Act as liaison/communications hub between agency team members and agency partners
- Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned accounts
- Manage effective workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
- Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget
- Work with Creative Services Manager to manage creative resources
- Communicate openly with all departments, providing status updates
- Analyze and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED
- 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)
- Experience with timeline development and budget management required
- Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
