Manage / Lead Carling Project Management team (USA, Mexico, China)
Monitor and control the compliance to requirements and risk of assigned projects
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, goals and objectives
Ensures that project milestones are identified and tracked to proactively identify and resolve issues and mitigates risks that may threaten the project delivery
Ensure clear communication within the project management teams and towards management
Plan human resource requirements for the development of new products
Ensure new product development meetings are robust and time effective
Be a subject expert on the corporate processes for New Product Proposals and the 5-Phase Development program

Minimum of B.S. in engineering is required
PMP Certification or equivalent are an advantage
10+ years of experience in product development environment
Min. 5 years of Project Management engineering experience in automotive and commercial vehicle industry
Ability to plan & maintain a budget
Advanced problem-solving skills and data analysis skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Automotive OEM’s and/or Tier 1 customer interface experience required
Design engineering experience a plus
English communication skills are a must; bilingual skills a plus
Good presentation skills for internal/external customers, and good training skills
