You implement Salesforce solutions and work closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners.
You develop and configure on the Salesforce platform and, where applicable, on integration platforms such as Magic xpi.
In close collaboration with colleagues from the respective project teams, the client, and other implementation partners, you translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute your own ideas, and independently produce solution designs.
You serve as the technical contact person for the client and the project team when technical challenges arise.
You are able to collaborate effectively in agile projects and/or bring relevant agile experience.
Requirements
Experience in Salesforce development with Apex and standard configuration tools, and as a Salesforce Administrator; alternatively, solid Java development skills with an interest in progressing into Salesforce.
Practical experience developing Flows, page layouts, permission/sharing concepts in Salesforce, UI development (LWC/Visualforce), and in data modelling.
Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum) is desirable.
Degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
Self‑directed working style with strong customer and solution orientation.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
