Requirements
Minimum 2 years RN experience required
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Clinical Nurse 3-5 level or management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment or upon start of clinical shift if working in the Emergency Department (ED)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of employment as required by department specifications
Professional Nursing certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
