About this role

Conduct sustainability and energy analyses and simulations based on digital building models (.ifc)
Technically review and validate the results
Prepare findings in clear, structured reports
Contribute to standardizing and gradually automating processes
Collaborate with the founding and tech teams

Degree (completed 2+ years ago) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental or Energy Engineering, or a related technical field (e.g., University of Applied Sciences)
Experience with sustainability or energy analyses
Understanding of digital building models and data-driven analyses
Interest in process improvement and automation
Familiarity with Swiss norms, standards, and labels
Clean, independent, and reliable working style
Fluent in German, fluent in English
Bonus: experience with simulations
Knowledge of German norms, standards, and labels
