About this role
Role Overview
- You further develop our strategic partnership with Microsoft and serve as the primary interface between Skaylink and Microsoft
- You are responsible for the operational implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives
- You identify growth opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem and derive concrete measures for our sales and consulting teams
- You work closely with sales, consulting, and Microsoft contacts to develop and expand joint business opportunities
- You coordinate partner workshops, business reviews, and joint activities with Microsoft
- You analyze relevant KPIs, partner programs, and requirements and support the continuous optimization of our Microsoft strategy
Requirements
- You have experience in the Microsoft partner environment, business development, or alliance management
- You are familiar with the Microsoft partner landscape as well as relevant programs, incentives, and sales models
- You understand how successful partnerships are built and developed over the long term
- You enjoy working at the interface of sales, technology, and strategic business development
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and can confidently bring together diverse stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
