Lead, coach, and develop the Nysa procurement team to ensure strong performance, engagement, and capability building, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture aligned with Umicore values
Ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of procurement and warehousing processes, driving standardization, efficiency, and compliance with Indirect Materials Procurement Policy and Umicore Group Safety standards
Ensure reliable supply and operational continuity by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans in close collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers
Identify savings opportunities, support budget planning and tracking in alignment with site and functional objectives
Act as a strong business partner by adapting and executing category strategies locally, ensuring alignment with business needs and global procurement direction
Actively promote and embed a strong safety culture by ensuring full adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and energy management systems, including strict compliance by suppliers and procurement activities

Bachelor or Masters in business or logistics
Strong People Management experience
Knowledge & experience in procurement is a plus
Minimum 5-7 years experience in logistics and/or business
Knowledge of basic HR and basic accounting is a plus
Must be fluent in both oral and written English. Polish is a plus.
