Ensure strategic, integrated and data-driven leadership of Remote Channels operations, driving maximized commercial performance and sustainable monetization of the customer base nationwide;
Ensure excellence in execution of activations (gross), focusing on portability and new lines, as well as continuous monetization across all segments — prepaid, control and postpaid — through efficient and personalized commercial approaches;
Lead the digital transformation of remote channels, promoting adoption of advanced technologies, process automation and intensive use of Artificial Intelligence and analytics to optimize the customer journey, increase conversion, improve operational efficiency and generate actionable insights;
Drive implementation of strategies that position the customer experience above market standards, ensuring intelligent allocation of resources and full integration of operations with TIM’s strategic and innovation objectives.
Requirements
Solid experience in telesales operations and management of Call Center/Contact Center;
Experience with outsourced operations (BPO), managing partners with a focus on business results;
Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs) and running high-volume operations;
Experience in commercial negotiation and relationship management with strategic partner executives;
Knowledge of the telesales partner ecosystem and the dynamics of the remote channel;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related fields.
