About this role
Role Overview
Manage and service a B2B client portfolio with a focus on securing new business;
Present the product portfolio and serve customers via digital channels (inside sales);
Responsible for offering and selling mobile and fixed telephony, IT and advanced solutions, equipment leasing, electronics sales and value‑added services;
Monitor channel
and portfolio-specific performance indicators;
Analyze, plan and execute commercial and sales activities to achieve and exceed the company’s targets;
Monitor the processing workflow, identifying causes of process breakdowns, backlogs and commercial pending issues that may interfere with sale completion;
Manage daily reports to track sales performance;
Work to resolve critical situations through recurring client contact and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Commercial profile: a go‑getter who gets things done, results‑oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the client;
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality; know and act as the expert for your client portfolio;
Digitally savvy: up to date with technology and innovation, quick to learn and work with software and systems;
Strong organization, planning and discipline: sense of urgency; effectively prioritizes and completes tasks throughout the day;
