About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the PMO responsible for a portfolio of strategic projects for the directorate;
- Ensure monitoring of project deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action plans for projects under your responsibility;
- Lead alignment meetings and follow-ups with different areas and stakeholders;
- Organize and provide executive visibility into project progress, critical issues, and next steps;
- Support the maintenance of project governance and ensure execution aligned with the area’s directives.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, PMO, or monitoring strategic initiatives;
- Experience creating executive presentations, schedules, and action plans;
- Organized, analytical profile with strong prioritization skills;
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to structure workflows, organize processes, and support project governance is a plus;
- Experience in a strategic PMO or project office;
- Experience with cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders;
- Knowledge of agile or hybrid methodologies;
- Experience in transformation, education, or operations contexts.
