Recruitment Analyst – Temporary

Role Overview

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, administrative, technical, specialist and leadership positions;
• Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding technical, behavioral and strategic requirements of the role;
• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies through hunting, networking, talent pools and recruitment platforms;
• Screen résumés, conduct competency-based interviews and apply behavioral assessment methodologies;
• Prepare technical and behavioral assessment reports to support managers’ decision-making;
• Manage recruitment and selection metrics, monitoring KPIs such as SLA, time-to-fill, hiring accuracy and sourcing channels;
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing consultative support throughout the recruitment process;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and continuous follow-up during all stages of the process;
• Manage hiring/onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures;
• Participate in Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion projects and talent attraction programs;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to optimize recruitment and selection processes;
• Support the development and review of Talent Acquisition policies, procedures and best practices;
• Manage multiple concurrent vacancies across different hierarchical levels, ensuring quality, agility and alignment with business needs;
• Train and mentor junior and mid-level professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering team development.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Experience with competency-based selection;
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes;
• Desirable: Experience with Gupy;
