About this role
Role Overview
Manage and develop our existing key accounts
Build sustainable, strategic customer relationships
Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities
Negotiate contracts and framework agreements
Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Ongoing market and competitor monitoring
Responsible for revenue and profit targets within your client portfolio
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training
Several years of experience in key account management or sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and deal-closing orientation
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel (domestic and possibly international)
