Partner with Global Process Owners, Experience Leads, and stakeholders to translate business needs into defined requirements
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery
Define the AI capability roadmap for the SFDC platform aligned with business priorities
Identify opportunity areas where AI can drive measurable improvements in productivity and experience
Centralized governance and engagement
Lead proof of concepts to validate value and usability
Establish governance for AI tool evaluation, pilots, implementation
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, and Salesforce engineering teams to design scalable AI-enabled solutions within SFDC
Ensure seamless integration with core SFDC objects and external systems while maintaining data quality and governance
Communicate progress and results throughout the release cycle
Establish and participate in a cross-functional AI governance body for SFDC
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
6-10 years experience in IT, CRM, Business & Strategy or related discipline
Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks
Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life cycle
Mastery in English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate business processes and how sales tools and capabilities align to those processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and can interface at all levels of the organization including Directors / VP level
