About this role
Role Overview
- Shopify store accuracy: upload received inventory under its correct, full retail product name.
- Inventory management: run routine spot-checks across a high-SKU, multi-vendor catalog.
- Purchase order processing: enter POs that exactly match what was ordered.
- Vendor coordination: follow up with vendors on order status and outstanding invoices.
- General admin support: email management, scheduling, and other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and inventory management workflows.
- A proven track record in an admin or executive assistant role, with a track record of accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently across a large, fast-moving SKU catalog with minimal errors.
- Clear, professional written and spoken English.
- A background or personal interest in cycling, running, triathlon, or another sporting goods category is a strong plus.
