Manage multiple, concurrent implementation/enhancement projects with high degrees of complexity and system analysis at any given time.
Lead implementation/enhancement activities such as requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring of deliverables/tasks, post launch warranty.
Own client interactions/communications in implementation/enhancement projects.
Guide clients to the best solutions and data architecture/design in high complexity implementation/enhancement projects.
Lead high value data COE process improvement projects.
Train and lead less experienced data analysts.
Communicate effectively across multiple departments and to leadership as necessary.

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of system/data analysis experience required.
Competent level of understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs of assigned modules required.
Strong communication skills (interfacing between external and internal stakeholders) required.
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications required.
Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards and formats – X12, HL7, FHIR, etc. is a plus.
