Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business
Work with the Commercial teams in collaboration with Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop strategic initiatives
Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers
Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes
Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements, as required
Support third-party sales repping agencies, including commission reports, performance updates, and provide inventory/warehouse coordination and visibility to support order fulfillment.
Makes sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, engineering, or closely related experience
Financial acumen and analytical ability with a strategic mindset
Strong research skills, and the ability to influence strategy based on results
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Collaborative mindset balanced with the ability to have a high level of autonomy
