Requirements
Senior product experience: Proven track record managing products with high analytical complexity in marketplaces, e‑commerce, or AdTech/media platforms.
Data focus: Strong experience with products involving robust backend logic, decision engines, algorithms, or dynamic pricing.
Growth and performance mindset: Strong ability to connect technical product decisions to financial impact.
Strong data culture: Familiarity with complex A/B tests, statistical analysis, and monitoring algorithm performance metrics.
