Role Overview
- End-to-end responsibility for defined infrastructure processes
- Analysis, modeling and development of processes together with the business, technology and operations teams
- Identification of optimization opportunities and support of implementation
- Documentation of process standards and conducting training in day-to-day operations
- Coaching the organization in the application of the processes
Requirements
- Solid knowledge and experience in process management
- Strong conceptual skills
- Experience in defining, monitoring and analyzing process KPIs related to quality, lead time and cost
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods such as Lean/Kaizen, PDCA or Root Cause Analysis
- Experience in process modeling, ideally with ADONIS, and fundamentals in BPMN and end-to-end thinking
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Very good German and good English; French is an advantage
